In-house Photographer (PHO)
Responsibilities:

  • Photo support for editorial team reports
  • Managing the photo bank for editorial team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree from any discipline
  • Have general knowledge and interest in online journalism
  • Excellent knowledge in techniques of photography and has a good sense of news photograph (ability in writing)
  • Must have own camera, example : digital camera SLR
  • Willing to be assigned on shifting schedule, proactive, fast learner and challenger
  • Good personality, creative, high integrity and demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment
  • Attached your latest portfolio.

HR Recruitment Officer (HR-RO)
Responsibilities:

  • Develop recruitment materials
  • Screening and selection process
  • Develop and Execute Recruiting Plans
  • Coordinate and Implement College Recruiting Initiatives
  • Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels
  • Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews for junior & mid-level posts & supports all parties in concern with assessment
  • Coordinate with universities, events in relation to targeted hires
  • Support HRMs with weekly update on recruitment progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Human Resources from reputable university with min. GPA of 3.00
  • Minimum 2 years experience in HR Recruitment
  • Competent in Recruitment & Selection (Sourcing Strategy, Recruitment Tools, Behavioral Interview)
  • Having experience in conduct Psychological assessment & scoring
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal
  • Good knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal
  • Have the ability to handle multiple task, excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Excellent in administrative skill.

HR Development Officer (HR-DO)
Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage organization development process, such as succession planning, workforce development, organization design and change management Screening and selection process
  • Analyzing and developing SOP, HR policy and organization structures
  • Monitor, analyze and propose improvements to the employment policies in accordance with applicable laws and government regulations
  • Leads company compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology or equivalent from reputable university with min. GPA of 3.00
  • Minimum 2 years experience in relevant position (preferably from HR consultant or service industry)
  • Understand about balanced score card, job analysis, competency
  • Have knowledge in Manpower regulations/Indonesian labor law and its implementation
  • Good knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal
  • Have the ability to handle multiple task, excellent communication skill, strong personality and analytical thinking.

Programmer (PRO)
Responsibilities:

  • Managing company server
  • Preparing management system for server back-up and trouble-shooting
  • Developing new program/software for company process improvement
  • Managing companys PBX system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in IT from reputable university with minimum GPA of 2.90
  • Has experience with protocols and internet application (HTTP, DNS, SMTP, FTP, POP, IMAP, Exim, cPanel/WHM, etc)
  • Able to develop and maintain server (mail server, web server, database server, DNS Server)
  • Understand the concept of database backup, recovery and mirroring
  • Proficient on using Linux OS (RedHat, CentOS)
  • Strong knowledge on internet security (firewall, VPN, spam, virus, DDOS, rootkit, etc)
  • Expert in PBX with Asterisk is favorable
  • Fluent in English mainly written.
