The company’s major markets are the paper, plastics, paint / coatings / adhesive industries as well as construction, environment, food and pharmacy. We are open job vacancy to strength our team in supervisory level as:

1. MAINTENANCE MANAGER
The Main Role is:
Responsible to maintenance, repair or replacement of plant equipment and systems to ensure maximum production quantity and quality while supporting the policies, goals and objective of the company.
With requirement as follow:

  • Male, 30 – 40 years old.
  • Bachelor Degree majoring Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
  • Familiar with PLC operational
  • Having good leadership
  • Familiar with 5R, ISO and TPM application.
  • Self starter with high drive, motivation, and commitment.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem solving skill

2. ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR
The Main Role is:
Providing electrical support in the repair, maintenance and installation of electrical systems to ensure compatibility with existing electrical codes and maintenance standards in order to fulfill the product delivery in schedule, quality and volume as customer required.
With requirement as follow:

  • Male, 25 – 30 years old.
  • knowledge to detect electrical faults and repair breakdowns
  • Ability to effectively use electrical repair and testing tools.
  • Knowledge of electrical applications
  • Familiar with PLC operational
  • Familiar with 5R, ISO and TPM application.
  • Self starter with high drive, motivation, and commitment.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem solving skill

3. MECHANIC SUPERVISOR
To be placed in Paciran, Lamongan – East Java
The Main Role is:
To be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and controlling in maintenance & repairing of production machinery and production mechanical tools in order to fulfill the product delivery in schedule, quality and volume as customer required.
With requirement as follow:

  • Male, 30 – 45 years old.
  • Experience in preventive maintenance & trouble shooting.
  • Able to estimate & calculate cost of maintenance.
  • Familiar with 5R, ISO and TPM application.
  • Self starter with high drive, motivation, and commitment.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem solving skill.
  • Honest

4. ELECTRICAL – MECHANICAL ENGINEER
The Main Role is:
To be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and controlling in mechanical & electrical installation designs in order to fulfill the plant project engineering.
With requirement as follow:

  • Male, 25 – 35 years old.
  • Holding S1 degree in Electrical/Mechanical
  • Experienced in project construction
  • Able to perform mechanical/electrical design calculation.
  • Familiar with PLC
  • Able to operate AutoCad program for primer installation design in electrical/ mechanical.
  • Familiar with 5R, ISO and TPM application.
  • Self starter with high drive, motivation, and commitment.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem solving skill.

5. PRODUCTION MANAGER
The Main Role is:
Responsible to plan, organize and control production in an organization to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and standards.
With requirement as follow:

  • Male, 30 – 40 years old.
  • Bachelor Degree majoring Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
  • Having good planning & organizing
  • Good in adaptability
  • Having good leadership
  • Familiar with 5R, ISO and TPM application.
  • Self starter with high drive, motivation, and commitment.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem solving skill

6. PROJECT MANAGER
The Main Role is:
Responsible to plan, execute and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third party contractor or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
With requirement as follow:

  • Male, 30 – 40 years old.
  • Bachelor Degree majoring Civil Engineering
  • 5 years experience in the same field
  • Matering the planning, implementation, quality control and project scheduling.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively, efficiently and under pressure.

7. WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
The Main Role is:
Responsible for maintain and providing raw material on time, to ensure completeness and accuracy data, to ensure work with warehouse SOP.
With requirement as follow:

  • Male, 30 – 45 years old.
  • Bachelor degree from Industrial Engineering.
  • Have 3 years experience in warehouse field.
  • Having Leadership Capability.
  • Communicative and able to work in team
  • Possess strong analytical and problem solving skill.
  • Honest
